Four Star Apartment Building ORBILUX is located 150 m away from hotel “Tanne”, 500 m from the Gondola lift, and about 700 m from Bansko Old Town’s Centre (or 10 minutes walking). All apartments will have magnificent views towards the Pirin National Park, the ski runs in the Pirin Mountains, and on North towards the Rila Mountain and the Old Town of Bansko. Our provisions are for 5-7% return of investment yearly.

Renting out the property

Your property is available for letting on daily, weekly or monthly basis! You need someone who can manage the valuable source of income and ensure your asset is protected. We offer rental and management services, which include but are not limited to:
* Leasing the apartmet – we can take on every aspect of owning an investment property, and all you have to do spend the revenue.
* Rental/expense management
* Tenant Management
* General maintenance and cleaning inside the apartment between renters
* Other services provided as needed
