The town of Bansko (population 10,127) is a main administrative, cultural and economic centre in the County of Bansko. Bansko is famous as the entrance to the beautiful Pirin Mountain range. Bansko is one of the fastest growing Bulgarian winter tourist resorts with an ever increasing level of summer tourism as well. 'POLARIS GOLF RESORT'

Polaris Golf Resort is luxurious residential hotel with resort functions located on a first line near the biggest golf course in Bulgaria 'Pirin golf and country club'. The golf course is situated at 5 / five/ km away from the biggest skiing resort in Bulgaria, Bansko.
The total built area of the Complex is 4 314 sq.m. and will be situated on a plot of 2 700 sq.m. The developers are offering variety of apartments, 1-, 2-, 3-room apartments and maisonettes, with areas from 46 to 94 sq.m.

Payment plans

10% of the price within seven days from the date of signing the preliminary contract
40 %, not later than within 1 month of signing the preliminary contract
20% within seven days of the certification for the rough stage of construction
30% on the day of contract certification at Notary's office


Annual maintenance fee is 8 EUR/sq.m. for each apartment.
Property management is provided by the company developer. After the completion of the building additionally can be offered to all apartment owners a letting contracts, provided by a tour agency. Considering the location of the development the investors are forecasting annual rental income at about 8 %.
